Men's Volleyball Now 9-0 in CUNYAC, Defeat CCNY

The men's volleyball team is now on an 11-match winning streak after sweeping the Beavers of CCNY, 25-17, 25-8, 25-14, in a CUNYAC home contest on Tuesday night in the ARC Arena.

The entire roster saw action tonight as the Bearcats pounded out 35 kills hitting .371, compared to nine with a negative .056 hitting percentage by CCNY.

Peter Gavroff (.857) and Ari Osmanaj (,556) led the attack with six kills each, while Jackson Newcomb dished out 16 assists. 

With the exception of one tie, the Bearcats led the entire match to stretch their CUNYAC win streak to 14 in a row dating back to last season.

The Bearcats will return to action at home again on Thursday with a 6:00 pm first serve against John Jay College.
