Men's Volleyball Wins CUNYAC Opener, Defeat Brooklyn College

After a long break, the men's volleyball team resumed action Thursday night to record a 3-0 victory at Brooklyn College.

The Bearcats hit for a strong .348 this evening totaling 34 kills compared to the Bulldogs who had 21 kills hitting only .051.

They also notched nine aces to start their first CUNYAC match with a win.

Jack Centeno led the attack with 11 kills (.529) and Peter Gavroff had nine (.375) with 26 assists and five aces from Ryan Oommen.

David Tang had a solid night with nine digs and Juancarlos Henriquez contributed seven.

Aaron Siu was tops for the Bulldogs with nine kills.
