Men's Volleyball Stays on Winning Track, Win 10th Straight Match

The men's volleyball team recorded a 25-11, 25-12, 25-11 CUNYAC victory at York College on Saturday afternoon.

The Bearcats took control with 35 total kills hitting .328, while the host Cardinals had 10 kills hitting a negative .134.

Argjend Osmanaj tallied a career-high 10 kills (.563), while Juancarlos Henriquez and Ari Osmanaj had five kills each to stretch the team's win streak to 10 in a row and most importantly 8-0 (first place) in the CUNYAC standings.

Jackson Newcomb dished out a career-high 30 assists in the Saturday afternoon win.

David Heyliger, Jr. led the Cardinals with five kills and four digs.

The Bearcats will play their next two CUNYAC matches at home this week starting on Tuesday against CCNY and Thursday against John Jay. Both matches in the ARC Arena will start at 6:00 p.m.
